The activity is organized in various work steps:
The first phase of the activities envisages a company asset analysis, aimed at identifying the business characteristic of the company. Later, the attention is moved onto the product or service that has to exported.
The company identikit, arisen from phase 1, and the business data, derived from the analysis of reference international markets, allow us to identify the most receptive Countries, and therefore strategic, for what concerns the company product or service. Processing such data in input, allows us to formulate an Export Business Plan, an essential tool for planning a shared commercial development path.
AIM AND CORE OF OUR SERVICE: TO SELL
The Export Consultant main activity is to search for new customers, the creation of commercial network and management, together with the company, of the negotiations to complete the sale.
To reach this goal, Deworld in a synergic manner employs a mix of three intervention stimulus:
